SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to the field of biodegradable composite polymer materials based on cellulose and polyesters and can be used for production of biodegradable composites used in medicine, for production of disposable utensils, packing articles, containers, as well as in space, aviation and many other industries. Composite biodegradable material is a polymer composition containing cellulose as a reinforcing material and polyangelicalactone as a binding agent and starch modified with gaseous hydrogen chloride.

EFFECT: technical result consists in fast biodegradation of composite while maintaining high strength properties of composite material.
