DIAGNOSTIC TECHNIQUE OF CRANIOCEREBRAL INJURY USING PROTEIN BIOMARKERS Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC G01N33/68

Abstract RU 2741227 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and concerns a diagnostic technique of craniocerebral injury using protein biomarkers, during which an analyte is taken in a patient and a concentration of biomarkers is detected in it, in form of glial protein and a neurofilament, wherein the biomarker is Tau protein additionally, wherein the analyte in the patient is taken 1-24 hours after the injury, 25-48 hours after the injury and for two days six days after the injury, followed by assessing the dynamics of proteins, wherein the patient is diagnosed with an easy cranial cerebral herb provided that if at least two conditions of A, B and C are observed, where condition A is met, if concentration of glial protein in first sample is less than or equal to concentration in second sample, wherein concentration in second sample is greater than or equal to concentration in third sample; condition B is observed if the concentration of the neurofilament in the first sample is greater than or equal to the concentration in the second sample, wherein the concentration in the second sample is greater than the concentration in the third sample; condition C is observed if the concentration of Tau protein in the first sample is greater than or equal to the concentration of the protein in the second sample, wherein the concentration in the second sample is greater than the concentration in the third sample.

EFFECT: invention provides more effective diagnosis of a light craniocerebral injury.
