SUBSTANCE: recombinant strain of E. coli Origami 2 (DE3) pET28ahGFAP is proposed for the production of recombinant human glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) for the use in diagnostic purposes, obtained by transforming the strain E. coli Origami 2 (DE3) with the plasmid pET28a-hGFAP, shown in Fig. 2. A method of producing recombinant human glial fibrillary acidic protein using the specified strain is also proposed.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of obtaining recombinant human glial fibrillary acidic protein.
