FIELD: veterinary science.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary science and concerns a method for diagnosis of cattle leukemia. Substance of the method consists in that the immunodiffusion reaction is carried out for this purpose, concentration of immunoglobulins containing specific antibodies is performed by means of centrifugation of blood serum at 2 thousand rpm for 5 minutes. Immunodiffusion reaction is carried out at 37°C in a thermostat, holding agar with analyzed material for 48 hours.
EFFECT: use of the method enables detecting animals infected with leucosis at earlier stages in the initial period of producing anti-leukemia antibodies.
