FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to oncology and clinical biochemistry, and aims at diagnosing renal cell carcinoma. Patient's blood serum sample is pumped through a microchip based on a regenerated cellulose membrane with immobilized primary monoclonal antibodies to arrestin 1 for a period of time providing binding of arrestin 1 with monoclonal antibodies. Thereafter, superparamagnetic particles modified with secondary antibodies to arrestin 1 are passed through a microchip in a magnetic field and luminous active zones with arresters 1 with associated superparamagnetic particles are detected. When the signal corresponding to the number of particles in the active zone exceeds the background signal value by at least two standard deviations of the background signal, conclusion is made on presence of whey protein of visual arrestin 1 in a blood serum sample, and renal cell carcinoma is diagnosed.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of detecting blood serum of patient berth of patients with a suspected pathology.
