FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to cardiovascular surgery, and discloses a prosthesis of large arterial vessels, made of a non-woven fibrous material in the form of a tube with an inner surface in the form of a confusor of a mixture of biocompatible synthetic polymers SKF-26 and F-26, wherein polymer fibers are cross-linked with the help of ionizing radiation. Prosthesis has wall thickness of 0.75-1.05 mm and porosity of 74-86%.
EFFECT: invention provides a prosthesis of large arterial vessels with permanent in time mechanical properties corresponding to native organ.
