FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method for manufacture of a three-layered frame for bile duct prosthetics from biocompatible resorbable polymers in the form of a tube consists of layer-by-layer deposition of three layers of these polymers by electroforming. The⋅ first layer of 0.1 to 0.4 mm is formed from a solution of polycaprolactone and chloroform with viscosity of 0.29-1.28 Pa and conductivity of 2.1⋅10-7 to 7.3⋅10-5 cm/cm, with performance of 0.88 to 15.2 cm3/h on a rotating precipitation electrode with a diameter of 2.0 to 6.3 mm at the interelectrode distance of 12 to 30 cm. Then, without stopping the process, the second layer of 0.1 to 0.15 mm from the same polymer solutionon is formed on the first layer for 1.5 to 3.5 minutes, at the interelectrode distance of 6.0 to 8.5 cm and productivity of 26.4 to 41.6 cm3/h. Immediately after completion of the second layer production, the third layer of 0.2 to 0.4 mm is formed over it, at the interelectrode distance of 12 to 30 cm and process performance of 4.0 to 12 cm3/h, with continued rotation of the precipitation electrode from a solution of one of biodegradable polymers. The resulting tubular element is cut into tubules of the required length and removed from the electrode.
EFFECT: simplified process of manufacturing of three-layer frame for bile duct prosthetics due to its manufacture in one stage.
