SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of human body cleansing and health improvement and can be used for weight reduction. Disclosed is a method for purifying an organism, involving the use of natural sorbents, wherein purification is carried out in two steps, at the first stage one prescribes consumption of stewed white cabbage for food as an independent dish without other products at night for 10–20 min before bedtime during 1–2 days in the amount that is obtained by extinguishing 600 g of fresh cabbage with 1–2 with vegetable oil table spoons, without adding water, and consumed for laxative effect with 200 g of 3 % fat yoghurt, at the second stage, in 2 days, regular consumption of stewed white cabbage is prescribed as a separate dish without other products on arbitrary days 2 times a week at night for 10–20 min before bed in an amount which is obtained during extinguishing 150 g of fresh cabbage, and amount of vegetable oil and yoghurt 3 % fat content is taken in arbitrarily less taste than at first stage, and on other days of the week, 1–2 times a week are randomly prescribed consumption of thick cabbages as an independent dish without other products with 200 g of 3 % fat yoghurt and 1 tbsp. with a vegetable oil spoon, filling the stomach tightly, in evening after 18 h as the last supper, and using the psychological factor of the body exposure as focusing on the food taste when eating.

EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of cleaning and reduces weight without feeling sick, hungry, forms satiety satisfaction without overeating, wherein there is no need to monitor diet and fasting, and is characterized by availability of prevention in body health by regular cleansing.
