FIELD: antenna equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to phased antenna array systems. Technical result is achieved by the fact that in a phased antenna array sub-grid mosaic unit, consisting of a printed-circuit board having a plurality of layers, an integrated circuit chip connected to a first surface of the circuit board, an antenna element connected to the second surface of the circuit board, a first conductive adapter having a first diameter, a second conductive adapter having a second diameter that is bigger than a first diameter, said first and second conductive transition orifices are configured such that the first conductive transition port is connected to the chip of the integrated circuit and extends through the first subset of layers, and second conductive transition hole is offset relative to first conductive transition hole, passes through second subset of layers and is connected to antenna element, note here that said first and second conducting orifices are connected by conductive path of mounting printed circuit board.

EFFECT: technical result is creation of antenna unit with highly reliable electrical connections, which are resistant to mechanical and thermal stresses.
