SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for correction of intestinal microbiota metabolome in patients with arterial hypertension and metabolic disorders. A complex of physical exercises aimed at increasing muscle strength, correct distribution of blood supply, increased tolerance to physical activity is carried out. Selected mode of physical activity gives positive results on stabilization of blood pressure, reducing the manifestation of metabolic disorders (weight reduction, body weight index, waist and hip volume), positive effect on the intestinal microbiota changed by the metabolism. Timely introduction of physical exercises available for each patient into the system of therapy, improves intestinal microbiome state in patients with arterial hypertension with underlying overweight or obesity. These physical activities with the recommended dosing frequency, selected regimen and intensity can be assessed as a positive stress factor for the intestine, stimulating adaptation and improving intestinal barrier strength in the long term.

EFFECT: method provides higher quality of life of patients.
