FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a vaccine associated with myxomatosis, pasteurellosis and rabbit viral haemorrhagic disease containing two components as an active substance: a liquid component - a mixture of inactivated antigenic material from strain No. 1231 Pasteurella multocida, deposited under registration number: No.307-dep/20-95 POIM FGBU “VNIIZZh”; of inactivated and purified antigenic materials of strain “VGBK1/VNIIZZh” type 1, deposited under registration number: No.305-dep/20-93-GKShM FGBU “VNIIZZh”, and from “VGBK 2/VNIIZZh” strain, deposited under registration number: No.306-dep/20-94-GKShM FGBU “VNIIZZh”; and a dry component - lyophilised attenuated purified antigenic material from “Mixo/VNIIZZh-18” strain, deposited under registration number: No.120 -dep/19-10-KShM FGBU “VNIIZZh”; and target additives: 3% aluminum hydroxide gel and stabilizing medium, taken in volume ratio of 1.0:0.5:0.5:0.9:2.0:0.1, respectively, and in amounts providing protective immunogenic activity of each antigen in rabbits body.

EFFECT: invention widens the range of high-immunogenic, harmless and areactogenic associated vaccines against infectious agents of rabbits circulating in the territory of the Russian Federation.
