FIELD: system for cleaning exhaust gases of a gasoline engine.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a gasoline exhaust gas flow processing system containing NOx, solid admixtures and sulfur. Exhaust gas treatment system comprises: one or more catalyst articles, selected from the ternary catalyst conversion (TWC), catalyst-trap lean-NOx (LNT) and integrated LNT-TWC; platinum-containing catalytic product, located downstream of one or more catalyst articles; and one or more selective catalytic reduction (SCR) catalytic products, downstream of the platinum-containing catalytic article, one or more catalytic SCR products including a molecular sieve. Disclosed also is a method of processing exhaust gas flow of a gasoline engine operating on a lean mixture.
EFFECT: technical result is proposed system stabilizes catalytic SCR product from sulfur poisoning.
