The technical result is achieved by a swing adsorption device (PSA) with a rotating layer which comprises a stator plate for a PSA device with a rotating layer which comprises a slot for the waste gas having the first and the second section for receiving the flows of purging and flushing waste gas. The sections are separated by a flow limiter which limits but does not completely prevent the flow of gas between the sections. Or a stator plate contains separate slots for the waste gas to separate the flows of purging and flushing waste gas.

EFFECT: minimizing flow variation and pressure in the expansion tank for the waste gas and in reducing the variation of the Wobbe number for the waste fuel component.
