SUBSTANCE: methods for treating waste gas and a system for treating waste gas. The method of controlling the SNCR-SCR combined denitration system is used, a composite additive added to the SNCR denitration catalyst or an ammonia-based composite agent is presented, a movable plate for controlling the air flow is additionally made between the RN section and the TRN section of the grate system. The air pressure in the TRN section is controlled to be greater than or equal to the air pressure in the RN section by changing the position of the airflow control plate so as to prevent high NOx waste gas ducting from the RN section into the TRN section, resulting in the problem of increasing the content of NOx in the exhaust gas in the TRN section. According to the invention, an optimal combined technology with ultra-low NOx emissions can be created, and denitration efficiency can be ensured in an efficient manner based on the reduction of ammonia consumption for SNCR, and at the same time, the service life of the SCR denitration catalyst can be increased, and operating costs of denitration and capital costs of the system can be significantly reduced.
EFFECT: efficiency of using the reducing agent for denitrating the waste gas is further improved, and the amount of waste gas NH3 is reduced.
