FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely vascular neurosurgery, and can be used to select an acceptor artery in surgical revascularization of cerebrum in patients with chronic cerebral ischemia. That is ensured by detecting changes in the blood flow rate in the cortical arteries of the receiving bed before and after creating the anastomosis, and the patency of the anastomosis after its creation. In the extended osteoplastic trepanation, an acceptor (receiving) artery with a minimum blood flow of up to 18 cm/s is intraoperatively selected and a blood flow direction is determined to create a microvascular anastomosis in the cerebral blood supply deficit.
EFFECT: invention enables maintaining stable functioning of the created anastomosis and minimizing possible complications of surgical revascularization of the brain.
