SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hybrid vehicle power transmission systems. Result is achieved by the fact that the power transmission system includes an internal combustion engine with injection into the passages. First start-up process is a process in which fuel is placed in the compression stroke cylinder when the engine is stopped, and based on the stored crash stopping position, ignition is performed in the first cycle of the compression stroke cylinder at engine start-up. Second start-up process is a process in which, based on the stored crank stop position, fuel injection is performed for the intake stroke cylinder while the engine is stopped, and based on the stored crash stopping position, ignition is performed in the first cycle of the intake stroke cylinder at engine start-up. When catalyst temperature at the time when engine start is requested is equal to or higher than first threshold value, control device starts internal combustion engine by means of at least one of first start-up process and second start-up process.

EFFECT: technical result is to prevent destruction of catalyst controlling exhaust gases.
