FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to experimental oncology. Anesthesia of mice is performed. Skin is cut on the head of immunodeficient mouse 7 mm long along the middle line of the head. Beginning of incision is located on line connecting middle points of right and left eyes. End of the incision is found on the line connecting the middle points of the bases of the mouse auricles. Thereafter, orifice of 2.5 mm in diameter in the parietal bone and dura mater is formed with the help of a round boron, 2 mm away from sutura coronalis and sutura sagittalis. Glioblastoma fragment of 8 mm3 volume is transplanted into the Cortex parietalis region of the immunodeficient mouse brain surface through the obtained hole. Then tachacomp is applied 3 mm long and 3 mm wide over bone defect. Surgical wound is closed with the help of an interrupted suture.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain an orthotopic patient-like model of cerebral glioblastoma, which preserves histological and molecular-genetic characteristics peculiar to primary human growth, and can be used to reproduce adequate rates of invasion and metastasis, as well as the required tumor growth pattern in the recipient's original site.
