SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a recombinant polypeptide having pesticidal activity on Lepidopteran and Coleopteran insect pests. Also disclosed is a composition comprising said polypeptide; a nucleic acid molecule and a DNA construct encoding said polypeptide; a vector containing said DNA construct; transgenic plant and transgenic seed containing said polypeptide. Disclosed is a method of producing said polypeptide; methods for reduction of pest insect population, crop yield increase, plant protection against insect pest using said composition.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to effectively fight Lepidopteran and Coleopteran pests.
