FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the electronics industry in the manufacture of sealed magnetically controlled contacts (reed switches) with nitrided contact surfaces. A feature of the device for the group production of reed switches with nitrided contact pads is that it is equipped with the same modules, each of which consists of 2 fixed stators, contact pads designed for installing reed switches connected, using conductors, to an AC power supply, and a rotor, connected to the rotation mechanism and located in the gap between the 2 stators, so as to ensure, during its rotation with an angular velocity f, alternate closing-opening of the contact-parts of the reed switches with a frequency ϑ = fN due to the action of the magnetic field of N permanent magnets installed on it.

EFFECT: result of the claimed device is to reduce the cost of the reed switch by replacing low-performance equipment with fixed magnetizing coils with more high-performance equipment based on the use of rotating permanent magnets.
