SUBSTANCE: claimed invention is intended for use in the manufacture of sealed magnetically controlled contacts (reed switches) with nitrided contact surfaces.

EFFECT: increased productivity of equipment in the manufacture of reed switches. A device for the mass production of reed switches with nitrided contact pads is characterized by the fact that it is equipped with identical modules, each of which consists of two fixed stators, contact tracks designed for installing reed switches connected via conductors to an AC power supply, and a rotor, connected to the rotation mechanism and located in the gap between the two stators, in such a way as to ensure, during its rotation with an angular velocity f, successive closing-opening of the contact parts of the reed switches with a frequency of ϑ=fN due to the impact on them of the magnetic field of N permanent magnets installed on it. Moreover, one of the two contact tracks of the stator is divided into sectors, which are connected to a common bus through identical resistors, the bus, in turn, is connected to one of the outputs of the power supply, and its second output is connected to the second contact track common to all reed switches and not divided into sectors.
