FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an antiembolic protection device, which prevents ingress of undesirable macroscopic particles from blood flow into one or more branches of the main blood vessel, for example, an aortic arch, further to a mold for changing the shape of the antiembolic protection device according to the invention, as well as to a method for folding and unfolding an antiembolic protection device according to the invention using a forming device. Antiembolic protection device (1) for insertion into the aortic arch comprises filter element (3), frame (5) and delivery unit (7). Filtration element (3) is located on carcass (5). Frame (5) has proximal area (9) containing proximal shape (11) located in the internal area of frame (5) and connected to feeding unit (7). Proximal form (11) has first part (13) and second part (15). Second part (15) is formed on one end of first part (13). First portion (13) of proximal shape (11) is located below carcass plane (5), and second part (15) of proximal shape (11) is located above plane of frame (5). According to a second embodiment of the antiembolic protection device (1) for insertion into the aortic arch, first and second parts (13, 15) are located relative to each other so that to form a spring mechanism. Forming device (31) for forming any of the above-described antiembolic protection devices (1) for insertion into tube (38) is configured to form frame (5) of an antiembolic protection device (1) with filter element (3) mounted thereon from an expanded state to a stretched state. Molding device has flat or round hole (35) at one end, has narrowest cross-section (39) and has round hole (37) at opposite end. Method for folding any of the above-described antiembolic protection devices using the above-described forming device is characterized in that at step (S1), the antiembolic protection device frame (5) is moved to the flat or round hole (35) of forming device (31) and supply unit (7) is passed through forming device (31), at the stage (S3), proximal form (11 ) into forming device (31), wherein proximal shape (11) is bent outward, at step (S4) distal shape (4) is engaged with outer edge of forming device (31), and further pulling it further bends distal shape (4) outward and retracts it into forming device (31). Method for deployment of any of the above-described antiembolic protection devices when the antiembolic protection device exits the catheter, where it was located, characterized in that an antiembolic protection device is pushed out from the catheter and distal shape (4) is bent back into the inner region of frame (5), when distal area (2) of the framework of the antiembolic protection device exits the catheter.
EFFECT: invention allows simple prevention of ingress of unwanted macroscopic particles from blood flow into one or several branches of the main blood vessel.
