SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physical training and sports, is intended for training and objective assessment of technical and tactical preparedness of sportsmen in game sports. It can be used in training process of sportsmen of various sports qualification, as well as in mass physical culture to increase motor activity of population and development of coordination abilities. Method of training and assessment of technical and tactical readiness of sportsmen-players includes training on field with controlled light-dynamic illumination, where by means of light-dynamic illumination allowed zones are set, which are an element of controlled zones, in which athlete should be. Controlled zones by means of closing sensors additionally transmit information on their condition during training on the field to the time meter, which records total time of flight phases. Control of LED illumination is carried out taking into account the physiological characteristics of the athlete using a pulse sensor mounted on the athlete and providing biological feedback of the pulse sensor with the hardware and software system, and technical and tactical preparedness of the players and the efficiency of the training process is evaluated relative to this measured time to the full time of the training cycle.
EFFECT: disclosed as an invention is a method of training and assessing technical and tactical readiness of sportsmen and sportsmen-players makes it possible to increase reliability and objectivity of estimates due to the fact that control is performed by hardware without human participation.
