SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wellhead equipment used for sealing wellheads of oil and gas wells during their construction, development and repair in order to ensure safe performance of works on prevention and elimination of oil and gas displays and open fountains, for protection of entrails and environment. Disclosed is preventer, comprising all-cast housing from alloyed steel with upper and lower flanges, upper flange has at least two through lateral radial holes for installation of sealing means in them, through axial channel for passage of pipes lowered into the well, two upper and two lower lateral channels, which are perpendicular to axial channel, axes of upper and lower lateral channels are arranged parallel to each other, two ram gate consisting of two opposite rams, four self-contained screw drives of rams and sealed heating chamber formed by two cavities, which are made on external side faces of preventer body on sections between side covers. Said cavities are interconnected by through channels arranged in pairs under lower lateral channels between lower and upper side channels, above upper lateral channels and closed by detachable covers for supply and removal of heat carrier.

EFFECT: technical result consists in preservation of serviceability and longer service life of preventor during operation in conditions of negative temperatures.
