SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a training vehicle control system using machine learning, and a vehicle control device. Result is achieved by the fact that storage device in vehicle stores practical card data and evaluation card data, and CPU determines presence or absence of misfire on the basis of card determined by means of each of said cards. When there is a mismatch between two determination results, the CPU sends to the data analysis center the data used as the card input data determined by the evaluation card data. Data analysis center verifies the reliability of the determination result using the evaluation card data.
EFFECT: providing a trainee system for controlling a vehicle and controlling reliability of results of determining parameters of a training control system.
