SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a control device for a vehicle and a vehicle equipped with this control device. Control device includes an electronic control unit. Electronic control unit performs electrical amplification of the crankshaft rotation by the electric motor in combination with the engagement of the clutch during the engine start, in which fuel injection and sparking are performed with respect to a predetermined cylinder stopped on the expansion stroke, and the internal combustion engine is started. Electronic control unit corrects at least one of the following: the spark initiation moment which is performed initially in the predetermined cylinder at the start of the engine start, and the electric torque boost that is used to start the engine start, based on a combination of the ratio between the obtained value and the estimated value for indicating torque, as well as the relationship between the obtained value and the estimated value of the ignition delay time.

EFFECT: technical result is to ensure a stable engine start.
