SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a learning vehicle control system using machine learning and a vehicle control device. The technical result is achieved because of the fact that a method for generating vehicle control data includes: storing, using a data storage device, interconnection prescription data; control, by means of an execution device, controlled by the internal combustion engine assembly; receiving, by the execution device, a determination value from a sensor that detects a vehicle state; calculating, by an execution device, a benefit; and updating, by the execution device, the relationship prescription data using a map display for updating predetermined in advance, the map display for updating using the vehicle state based on the determination value, the operating quantity used to control the controlled by the node, and the benefit corresponding to the operation as arguments, and returning the relationship prescription data that is updated such that the expected benefit to the benefit calculated when the controlled node is controlled according to the relationship prescription data is increased.
EFFECT: invention provides a learning vehicle control system, which makes it possible to increase the total performance of vehicle units.
