FIELD: wireless communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. The method is comprised of stages wherein the network device receives the first message sent by the terminal device, wherein the first message is used for indication of the first synchronization signal block detected by the terminal device; and in accordance with the first synchronization signal block the network device conducts resource allocation of a frequency domain and/or configuration of a part of the band width with respect to the terminal device.
EFFECT: provided flexible resource allocation of a frequency domain and/or configuration of a part of the band width with respect to the terminal device using a synchronization signal block which enhances productivity of the communication system.
