In this case, an X-shaped carrier is rigidly fixed to the shaft, one arm of which is pivotally connected to an L-shaped clamp, whereas a comb is bolted on the other arm, and an adjusting device is located laterally, consisting of a bolt, two nuts and a bracket.

EFFECT: use of the invention will increase productivity and reduce the energy consumption of the process.
