FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to balancing voltage of electric energy storages and method of charging voltage alignment on series connected n electric energy accumulators, and can be used in development of lithium-ion accumulator batteries or batteries with chemical sources of current for transport and power engineering. In voltage balance, resistive divider of total battery voltage +Vb…-Vb generates equal reference voltages between connection points of resistors. Comparator is used to measure voltage difference between connection points of resistors and connection points of n electric energy accumulators, obtained voltage difference is supplied to control unit of leveling device, generating PWM control signals of normally closed electronic switches, which, through accumulating throttle, form voltage and current with required sign from common voltage of battery Vb, eliminating voltage deviation in connection point of electric energy accumulators relative to connection point of resistors. All leveling devices have common wire and are able to measure voltage of the whole battery directly.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is increased efficiency of balancing and increased service life of accumulator batteries.
