SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric traction systems of vehicles. Vehicle traction electrical system with energy accumulator comprises control unit, traction channel with DC link with connected to it channel of charging-discharging device with charging-discharging device and energy accumulator, traction motor connected to DC link. Traction channel is equipped with a charging contactor, a charging resistor, a linear contactor and a filter capacitor. Channel of the charging-discharging device is equipped with a charging contactor, a charging resistor and a linear contactor. Charging-discharging device comprises at least two primary transistor converters connected in series to the traction channel with charging capacitors at the input, each of which is connected to the primary winding of single-phase isolation transformers, the secondary winding of which is connected to the secondary transistor converters containing the storage capacitor on the output contacts. Outputs of secondary transistor converters are connected in parallel and connected to energy accumulator.

EFFECT: higher reliability of the charging and discharging device of the traction electrical system of the vehicle.
