FIELD: cleaning processes modeling.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to modeling the processes of cleaning various surfaces of products from contamination arising during production and operation, in order to select the optimal modes and influencing factors. Method for modeling the surface cleaning process includes preliminary weighing of a clean experimental sample (ES), applying a model pollution (MP) and carrying out an experiment on cleaning EO with applied MP during ultrasonic cleaning and during ultrasonic cleaning with short-term periodic mechanical action, leading to oscillation of the ES at various frequencies. After each experiment, the ES is taken out, checked on the degree of purification and energy costs, compared with the previous result. The group of inventions also relates to a device for implementing this method, containing an ultrasonic emitter, a heater, a table to be cleaned by an ES, a cleaning bath, a device for moving the table, a pulse generator and an electromagnetic shock vibrator with a movable magnetic rod, and the output of the pulse generator is connected to the input of the electromagnetic shock vibrator, and the movable magnetic rod is rigidly connected to the ES.

EFFECT: allows studying the cleaning process with additional mechanical action in the process of ultrasonic action on the surface to be cleaned immersed in a cleaning bath with a technical liquid, which ensures the determination of the effectiveness of the introduction of mechanical vibrations during the ultrasonic cleaning of various contaminants.
