FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio engineering and is intended for the use of means of identification of air targets detected by an onboard radar station (hereinafter – RS). On board of each interacting subscribers of data exchange system (hereinafter – DES) at specific points of time throughout the duration of the flight, forecasting of own spatial coordinates is performed, and the information package is transmitted, containing the number of the DES subscriber, a set of forecast time points and the predicted at specified time points spatial coordinates of the DES subscriber. On board of the onboard RS carrier, data of information packages from all interacting DES subscribers is received. After the next air object is detected, the forecast time point, closest to the time point of its detection, and the currently predicted estimates of the spatial coordinates of the DES subscriber are selected from each information package, which are used in the process of identification of the detected air object with the estimates of the spatial coordinates, forming an estimate of its identification feature.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase reliability of identification of air objects in the conditions of non-availability of information from individual DES subscribers at the time of identification.
