FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method for reducing alcohol motivation in mice is proposed, including the collection of splenocytes from alcoholized mice, their incubation in vitro for 10-25 min with an immunomodulator of meta-chlorobenzhydryl urea or 1-o-fluorobenzoyl-5-phenyl-5-ethyl-barbituric acid in an effective concentration 10 μg / ml, subsequent washing of splenocytes and intravenous administration of the obtained splenocytes to syngeneic alcoholized mice in an amount of 15×1066 cells per mouse.
EFFECT: restoration of functional activity of splenocytes, altered due to prolonged toxic effects of ethanol and can be used to relieve pathological symptoms in alcohol dependence.
