FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to additive production and is intended for layer-by-layer sintering of articles of complex spatial configuration from fine powder based on polymer materials using laser radiation based on three-dimensional computer model data. Device comprises power frame arranged thereon with possibility of providing laser beam focusing to laser-optical unit formed in technological setting zone of product, means for application of powder-like material in form of knife object installed with possibility of horizontal reciprocating movement and moulding, bins for production, collection and supply of powder, a sealed chamber arranged above them with a powder heating system arranged in the latter, forming a sealed closed space. Device is equipped with a system for automated adjustment of the angle of inclination of the blade, consisting of a cassette installed in a rigid welded body on three reference points, made respectively in the form of a cylinder in a groove, the other in the form of a prism and a ball, and a third in the form of an additional ball providing adjustment of this support point.

EFFECT: technical result is reduction of labour input and reliability of selective laser sintering with expansion of processed powders range.
