FIELD: powder metallurgy; additive technology.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a power frame, a sealed chamber mounted on it with a means for applying powdered material placed in it in the form of a mechanism for applying layers of powder installed with the possibility of horizontal reciprocating movement and forming a layer of the product, and a scanner adjacent to it, a part construction table, a powder supply table, a part construction bin, a powder supply bin and a bin for collecting excess powder. A pyrometer is located above the sealed chamber. The device is equipped with a water cooler for the feed electric drive, a water cooler for the powder feed table piston, located respectively on the feed electric drive and the powder feed table piston, a water cooler for the build electric drive, a water cooler for the part build table piston, located respectively on the build electric drive and the part build table piston. On the walls of the sealed chamber, there are four video cameras with illumination. A halogen heater is installed on the carriage of the mechanism for applying layers of powder. The mechanism for applying powder layers is made in the form of a spring-loaded knife attached to the rod of a vertical actuator with four control marks on four sides, on the body of which, connected with the rod of the horizontal actuators by two hinges, a water cooler of the knife is installed.
EFFECT: increased reliability of parts manufacturing and expansion of the range of eligible powders.
