FIELD: powder metallurgy; additive technology.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a power frame, a sealed chamber mounted on it with a means for applying powdered material placed in it in the form of a mechanism for applying layers of powder, installed with the possibility of horizontal reciprocating movement and forming a layer of the product. There is a pyrometer and adjacent scanner, construction and supply tables, a part construction bin, a powder supply bin and a surplus powder collection bin above the hermetic chamber. A first layer sensor is attached to the scanner, and a fine vertical positioning sensor is located on the power frame based on the principle of optical triangulation. There is a protective blowing nozzle in front of the sensor for precise vertical positioning. The device also contains water coolers for protective glasses located on the upper wall of the sealed chamber.
EFFECT: increased reliability of parts manufacturing and expansion of the range of eligible powders.
