FIELD: additive technologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related in particular to devices for selective laser sintering of products. It can be used to obtain parts of a complex spatial configuration from a finely dispersed polymer powder. The device is comprised of a power frame, a sealed chamber mounted on it and a production hopper adjacent to it with heaters built into its side walls, collection hoppers and powder supply hoppers with dosing shafts. The chamber contains a movable laser diode head with a laser diode matrix inside and a means for applying powdered material in form of a knife installed with the possibility of horizontal reciprocating movement and forming a layer of a knife product with quartz halogen heating elements placed on it. A pyrometer is installed on the upper wall of the sealed chamber. The laser diode matrix is a multilayer laser-diode module consisting of an LED matrix installed in the housing, a laser diode array, an optical matrix, and protective water coolers of the module located on the housing.
EFFECT: increased accuracy and productivity of layer-by-layer synthesis of parts.
