FIELD: additive techniques.

SUBSTANCE: devices for the layer-by-layer synthesis of parts of a complex spatial configuration from a finely dispersed polymer powder. The device for selective laser sintering of products contains a power frame, a sealed chamber mounted on it with a movable laser diode head with a laser diode matrix inside, a means for applying powdered material in the form of a cutter installed with the possibility of horizontal reciprocating movement and forming a layer of a cutter product equipped with quartz halogen heating elements and a pyrometer located on the upper wall of the sealed chamber, a production hopper adjacent to the sealed chamber with heaters built into its side walls, collection hoppers and powder supply hoppers with dosing shafts. The laser diode array is made in the form of a multilayer laser-diode module, consisting of an LED array installed in the housing, a laser diode array and an optical array with an optical array water cooler adjacent to the latter.

EFFECT: high accuracy of the obtained parts and expansion of the range of polymer powders possible for use is ensured.
