FIELD: powder metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of layer-by-layer synthesis of parts of a complex spatial configuration from a fine powder by selective laser melting and/or sintering (SLM) according to computer 3-D model, and can be used in various industries, for example, for the manufacture of corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, heat-resistant articles, parts and assemblies. Proposed device comprises bearing frame and sealed chamber arranged thereon. In the chamber there is a device for applying powder material in the form of a double knife installed with the possibility of horizontal reciprocating movement and molding. Device also contains a pyrometer, a manufacturing bin with heaters built into its walls, collection bins and powder supply bins with dosing shafts in each. On the double blade there are quartz halogen heating elements. Movable laser head is installed in the sealed chamber. Laser head is made in form of housing, at the input of which there is a laser optical fiber with an optically welded collimator and a coaxially installed laser beam expander and a focusing lens located in the output link of the laser head. Protective nozzle of the laser head is fixed on the end face of the output link. Pyrometer is installed through bracket with its protective nozzle. Optical axis of the pyrometer is directed orthogonally to a given layer of powder and passes through the focus of the reflected focused laser beam. Laser head housing and pyrometer are mounted on dynamic rear straight, front straight, transverse direct electric drives and electric drive of vertical movement.
EFFECT: higher reliability and accuracy of thermal control of process of local re-melting of powder material by laser beam due to supply of thermal radiation from local zone of powder material remelting directly into pyrometer.
