FIELD: additive technologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of additive technologies. It can be used for layer-by-layer synthesis of parts of a complex spatial configuration from a finely dispersed polymer powder using laser radiation according to a three-dimensional computer model. The device contains a power frame, a sealed chamber mounted on it with a means of applying powdery material in the form of a knife placed in it, installed with the possibility of horizontal reciprocating movement, heating elements and a pyrometer, and scanners adjacent to the sealed chamber, a manufacturing hopper with heaters built into its walls, collection hoppers and powder feed hoppers with dosing devices shafts in each. Quartz halogen heating elements are placed on the knife. A movable laser diode head with a laser diode matrix inside, consisting of a sieve, a cooler and a set of autonomous laser diodes, is placed in a sealed chamber. An autonomous laser diode contains sequentially arranged light diodes, laser diodes, focusing lenses, as well as a control board and an additional cooler.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in productivity and an expansion of the range of polymer powders suitable for use.
