FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to variants of a phenylate derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a stereoisomer capable of inhibiting the activity of transmitting a signal PD-1/PD-L1, to a method for production thereof, to a pharmaceutical composition containing said composition and to the use thereof. One variant of the phenylate derivative has formula (I)

where R1 is selected from and ; R2 is selected from an undetected or substituted С1-С8-aliphatic hydrocarbile, in the case of substitution, the substitute is selected from carbamoyl (-CONH2) and hydroxycarbamoyl (-CONHOH); R3 is selected from a substituted saturated С1-С8-alkylamino, replaced by an N-containing С3-С6-heterocycle-1-yl where each is a mono- or di-substituted substitute(s), selected from hydroxy, acetylamino, ureido (-NH(C=O)NH2), hydroxyformyl (-COOH); X is selected from chlorine.
EFFECT: invention enables effective production of a phenylate derivative.
