FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention group relates to medical equipment, and in particular to an antibacterial catheter of the digestive tract and a device for its implantation, which are used to treat endocrine diseases or reduce the intensity of diseases of the digestive tract, such as inflammation, diabetes, pancreatic islet dysfunction and obesity. Antibacterial digestive tract catheter contains a membrane tube (31). One end of the membrane tube (31) is connected to the stent (32). Membrane tube (31) has an outer diameter of 10–35 mm and a wall thickness of 0.01–0.1 mm. Membrane tube (31) is fixedly connected to the stent (32) and contains a polymeric material, an antibacterial material and a developing material, and the raw materials are uniformly mixed and subject to extrusion to form a tube. Device for implanting an antibacterial catheter into a digestive tract comprises a shell, a release portion, a pushing component, and the above-described antibacterial catheter. Shell (1) is tubular. One end of the shell (1) has a first hole (11) and the other end of the shell (1) has a second hole (13). Rolled catheter to be released is housed in a shell (1). Released part (2) is located in the first opening (11) and is connected to one end of the membrane tube (31), and is also made of a material that is digested and absorbed or dissolved by the human digestive tract. Pushing component contains inner tube (41), middle tube (42) and outer tube (43), which are sequentially placed with insertion into each other and are movable relative to each other. One part of the inner tube (41) is located in the shell (1) and is connected to the released part (2), one end of the middle tube (42) passes into the shell (1) through the second opening (13) and is equipped with a locking piston (12), which is located in the shell (1) and is made with the possibility of abutting the membrane tube (31). The outer tube (43) is located outside the shell (1), while one end thereof is fixedly connected to the second hole (13). Inner tube (41) is moved in an axial direction towards the person performing the operation to separate the release part (2) and the shell (1). The inner tube (41) and the middle tube (42) ensure the separation of the membrane tube (31) from the shell and unfolding and then release in the given positions of the human digestive tract. Digestive tract isolation catheter, made of antibacterial material, can reduce intestinal inflammation as much as possible, thereby alleviating metabolic disease and preventing complications such as liver abscess and pancreatitis.
EFFECT: provides a safer and more effective medical device for the treatment of metabolic diseases such as diabetes.
