SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to neurology, and can be used to relieve the pain of a human subject 2 hours after administration of a stable oral liquid pharmaceutical composition containing celecoxib in an amount of 120 to 240 mg, at least one medium-chain glyceride and at least one pharmacologically acceptable excipient. At the same time, when administered on an empty stomach, the composition provides one of the specified pharmacokinetic parameters: AUC _{(0-15 min.)} from 10 nanogram hour /ml to 80 nanogram hour/ml; AUC _{(0-30 min.)} from 80 nanogram hour /ml to 400 nanogram hour /ml; AUC_{(0-1 hour)} from 400 nanogram hour /ml to 1500 nanogram hour /ml; AUC_{(0-2 hour)} from 1,000 nanogram hour /ml to 4,000 nanogram hour /ml; AUC_(0-t) at least 2,000 nanogram hour /ml; AUC_(0-∞) at least 2,000 nanogram hour /ml; and T_lag not more than 8 minutes. A method for partially relieving pain in a human subject is also claimed.
