FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to peroral pharmaceutical compositions, containing cocrystal of (rac)-tramadol-HCL - celecoxib (1:1) and at least one polymer solubility enhancer. Polymer solubility enhancer is selected from the group of graft copolymer of polyvinylkaprolactam-polyvinylacetate-polyethyleneglycol, cyclodextrin, copovidone and povidone. Also described is method of obtaining pharmaceutical composition, containing tramadol and celecoxib cocrystal.
EFFECT: pharmaceutical compositions in accordance with invention are intended for application as medications, in particular, for pain treatment; compositions in accordance with invention provide improvement of tramadol and celecoxib absorption and bioavailability.
