SUBSTANCE: essence of the invention lies in the fact that an array of images of the energy spectrum of X-ray radiation passing through the object is irradiated and perceived, while the images are restored from the shadow projections of the object, then the current and reference integral characteristics of the object image are formed, compared and analyzed, the defects of the object are determined and the results are displayed analysis of the object, while the X-ray unit and the detector unit are installed on a separate bracket, which provides displacement along the vertical and horizontal axes and displacement of the X-ray unit and the detector unit along the optical axis and angular tilts in the vertical and horizontal planes of the X-ray unit and the detector unit, compressing and filtering the recovered images, classifying defects, and distributing computational operations.
EFFECT: improving the accuracy and speed of restoration and analysis of the three-dimensional structure of the object, expanding the functionality, increasing the speed of work and ensuring the ability to work in a computer network of any topology.
