FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method of preparing rice seeds for pre-sowing treatment with boron in the Krasnodar Territory is characterized by the fact that the rice seeds are preliminarily examined for boron content, they are divided into three groups with different boron content: the first group includes seeds containing boron less than 2.0 mg / kg, the second group - 2.0-3.0 mg / kg, the third group - seeds containing boron more than 3.0 mg / kg, if rice seeds belong to the first or second groups, then they are treated with 0.5 % aqueous solution of boron by a semi-dry method with a consumption of 10 liters per 1 ton, and rice seeds containing boron more than 3.0 mg / kg are sown in the field without pre-sowing treatment.
EFFECT: invention improves rice yield and reduces boron fertilizers consumption.
