If there is a history of a primary tumor disease T1-2 according to the TNM system - 0 points, with a primary tumor T3-4 according to the TNM system - 1 point; with the biological activity of the G1-2 tumor according to the Grade classification - 0 points; with the biological activity of the G3-4 tumor according to the Grade classification - 1 point; a history of the disease of metastases to regional lymph nodes is regarded as 1 point, the absence of metastases to regional lymph nodes - 0 points; the absence of complaints as 0, the presence of complaints of education in the oral cavity, pain at rest or while eating, the presence of a mucosal defect in the oral cavity in the form of erosion or ulcers is regarded as 1 point; the presence of erosion or ulcers with uneven contours, undermined edges, bleeding from a pathological focus on visual examination, is regarded as 1 point; lack of education - 0 points; the presence of a palpable mass is regarded as 1 point, the absence of a palpable mass - 0 points, the presence of palpable regional lymph nodes - 1 point, the absence of palpable regional lymph nodes is regarded as 0 points. The presence of a metabolic focus with vital staining is regarded as 1 point, in the absence of staining - 0 points. The presence of a dark brown spot with autofluorescence stomatoscopy is estimated as 1 point, in the absence of a dark brown spot with autofluorescence stomatoscopy - 0 points. When a result of 0-3 points is obtained, dynamic observation is necessary, as well as conservative treatment of the pathology of mucous membrane epithelium of the mouth and kinetocardiogram; upon obtaining a result of 4 points or more, an oncologist's consultation is necessary in order to determine the need for histological verification.
EFFECT: provides an increase in the effectiveness of early diagnosis of recurrence of oral cavity and red border of the lips and the effectiveness of dispensary observation of this group of cancer patients.
