FIELD: photovoltaic modules.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a photovoltaic module with thin-film (2) photovoltaic cells. Each thin film photovoltaic cell (2) has a transparent electrode (12) provided on a transparent substrate (11), a stack (13) of solar cells located on a transparent electrode (12), and an upper electrode (14) located on the stack (13) of solar cells. A lot of PV cell blocks (3) connected in parallel are provided. Each PV cell block has a string of PV cells (2) connected in series. The single upper interconnect layer has a positive connecting portion and a negative connecting portion to provide a parallel circuit for parallel-connected PV cell blocks (3). In a layer other than a single top interconnect layer, there is at least one cross-connect element that provides an electrical connection in the negative connecting portion and / or in the positive connecting portion.

EFFECT: present invention is intended to provide a solution for obtaining a thin film photovoltaic module with a high level of flexibility in shape, a photovoltaic module structure with a photovoltaic connection circuit, allowing a photovoltaic module of any size to be constructed or split without changing the main characteristic of the photovoltaic module.
