SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely to photoelectric device (1); it can be used for the generation of electrical energy to supply energy to an external device. Solar cell module (2) containing porous light-absorbing layer (3) on upper side (2a), porous first conductive layer (4), porous substrate (5) of insulating material, as well as a conductive medium including first conductor (7) in electrical contact with first conductive layer (4), second conductor (8) in electrical contact with second conductive layer (6), contains shell (9), in which the solar cell module is encapsulated, while the shell contains upper sheet (9a) and lower sheet (9b), first and second conductors (7, 8) located between shell (9) and solar cell module (2) on lower side (2b) of solar cell module (2). In this case, second conductor (8) is located between second conductive layer (6) and lower sheet (9b) of shell (9), and first conductor (7) is located between porous substrate (5) and lower sheet (9b), first conductor (7) is electrically isolated from second conductive layer (6), part (14) of porous substrate (5) contains conductive material (12) located between first conductor (7) and first conductive layer (4) to provide electrical contact between the first conductor and the first conductive layer. This arrangement of the first and the second conductors makes it easy to hide them when placing a photoelectric device on the surface of an electronic device.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency and reliability of a photovoltaic device.
