FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely to a triboelectric power generating device and a method for its manufacture, which do not require physical space for performing frictional movements, in contrast to traditional pressure-induced power generating devices, and maximize surface area due to a frictional section with a transition from a frictional composite material. Triboelectric power generating device contains a layer (300) of triboelectric generation, containing a friction section having a structure with a transition, which is located in the central section and is made of two or more different polymers, the first electrode (100), which is located adjacent to one surface of the layer (300) triboelectric generation, and a second electrode (200), which is located adjacent to the other surface of the layer (300) triboelectric generation.
EFFECT: improved reliability and service life of the generating device.
